Subject at all times to the relevant product and service terms, all disputes arising as a result of the use of our website, or pertaining to the interpretation of these conditions or on any matter which, in terms of the conditions, requires agreement between the user and us will be submitted to and decided by arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the rules laid down by the arbitrator, provided that such rules result (if practical) that the arbitration be completed within 30 (thirty) business days after it shall have been demanded. In no case shall the user have the right to go to court or have a jury trial. Further, the user will not have the right to engage in pre-trial discovery except as provided in the rules; the user will not have the right to participate as a representative or member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim subject to arbitration; the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding with limited rights of appeal. We and the user both undertake to keep the evidence in the arbitration proceedings and any order made by any arbitrator confidential unless otherwise contemplated.
The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.
